This Istanbul Ottoman Tour of the old quarter starts after breakfast, when you are picked up from the hotel or port by our private guide.
Visit Topkapi Palace, with famous treasury exhibiting some of the most exquisite treasures of the Ottoman Sultans, followed by a visit the Sultanahmet Mosque (or Blue Mosque), with beautiful blue Iznik tiles inside. After a lunch stop, visit the Grand Covered Market, a labyrinth of over 400o shops full of antiques, textiles, leather, jewelry and spices. Also visit the Turkish Islamic Art Museum and the towering Suleymaniye Mosque, the largest mosque in Istanbul crowning the hill of the Golden Horn. Drop off to hotel or cruise ship port.
